When it’s simply too hot to think, Nigella’s Forgotten Pudding was the perfect dessert. From the lovely cloud-like marshmallow base to the fruit and cream topping, it was simply divine. I’d say it’s not Forgotten Pudding as people forgot it existed as it was enjoyed so quickly!
